If you’re a new client to Belton, we’ll start with a detailed review of your current IT environment, to get you into the right level of plan for your business needs.

We offer three levels of managed service agreements - as shown below.

Fewer day-to-day issues - by performing regular maintenance and monitoring your systems, we can keep your computers running smoothly, reducing downtime and keeping productivity levels high. 

Priority support in the event of an emergency - if a problem arises, you just need to pick up the phone or email our helpdesk. We will be available to answer your questions and solve your problems. Your business will also benefit from priority on-site support, should the incident require it. 

Flat-rate IT support - our managed service agreements enable you to budget your IT needs. In fact, our proactive approach should actually save you money in the long run, because we'll be taking care of any potential problems before they have a chance to escalate.
